I aim to respond to all enquires within 24 hours. Typically a first draft will be sent to you within 3 working days, however, if you require the order sooner, please specify this and I will try to accommodate your requirements, however there will be an additional charge for this.
Please be assured that all information you provide us will be used for the purposes of writing the CV or supporting documents only. Absolutely no information will be passed onto third parties.
Under GDPR I delete all files once drafts are completed.
You can pay by debit or credit card through PayPal.
Before I can begin work on your order you will need to make payment through the online system.
I can also send an invoice on request.
If you have a current CV I will need to see a version of this. If not then I will need details of employment and training. Ideally I will need to know what specific area you are looking to apply to so that the CV can be tailored. I would also need a job application details for the cover letter and application.

The supply of services and personalised goods, as detailed in Distance Selling Regulations 2000: the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract once work has commenced on the order. A refund will only be issued if a cancellation in writing is made before work has commenced.
